How can I check my order status?
After ordering your item you should be automatically sent a message which contains a link to a note with all open orders, where within 24 hours you should see yours listed, the status, expected ship date, and any notes, delays, or personal updates about it. If you did not receive this message here is the note:
How do I wash the Faux fur?
Only hand wash the faux fur. Usually just some water will get out staining liquids, but do not ever put the faux fur in a dryer or under any sort of high heat. The fur is made of synthetic fibers which can fuse into a plastic mess if under high amounts of heat so for safety sake we recommend just leaving it away from heat dry methods altogether.
My order took longer than 3-5 days, Why?
Our actual processing time fluctuates between 3-5 and 6-8 days but please also keep in mind there are only two people working on orders who also have other things to do and around holidays the orders can become VERY HEAVY, some materials may run out quickly and sometimes suppliers make a mistake. If any of these are the case it is posted in the shop announcements and on the Facebook page, which we highly recommend following, If this ever happens we usually also notify the orders that may be affected by it.
What makes your tails and fluffies better?
Glad you ask. Their are many reasons
Such as;
1. It can handle getting wet
2. It can handle lots and lots of wear
3. It sparkles and some colors even glow under black light
4. It will stay fluffy forever
5. You get exactly the quality you deserve.
6. They are almost fully customizeable.
I make sure to be a good shop owner, I will not be like other companies or people and completely mislead my customers selling them low quality items with low quality fur for a high price just to make money. I make sure that what I sell is something I would be willing to buy.
What if I don't really like the sparkle fur or want different fur?
You can certainly check out the other furs I offer, some have to be a custom request which will cost extra so I will highly suggest reading the captions of the pictures and the description of the album which will explain a lot.

What if you don't have a color I want available in one of the listings?
You can surely request a color. Normally, for custom listings, I will have a chart of colors I CAN get and in the options tab a list of colors I have AVAILABLE. You can just hit the custom request button or message me about a color you would like and I can easily order it or try and find it.
What If I want a custom made product that isn't listed?
You will definitely have to message or email me about that and I can see if I can do it. The cost will vary on time and materials. If I can make it, once finished, I will put it in the reserved tab on Etsy.
What if I need an item by a certain date?
Please custom request the listing on Etsy or email a link to the listing and include the date you would need it by and I will talk to you about making a separate reserved listing for you on Etsy with a slightly raised shipping cost if its necessary.
What if I want a custom order on a product that isn't custom made?
If you want something custom made that is listed but not listed as a custom made product, then you request it with the new custom request button on Etsy that is right under the listing you want and explain in as much detail what you are looking to have made. You can also request something completely original for me to make with the custom request button located on the shop home.
What if I want a bulk order?
You should custom request the item you want a bulk order of and I can make a listing for you. As a bulk order it will be less than that items normal cost times the amount you want of it. I will discount a bit because it is bulk.
